Almost perfect trike but with a few flaws June 7, 2010 Sheila (TX, USA) I would say it is almost perfect for our toddler since parts of this trike is made of pine wood and my child is amused with the ringing bell. However, there are two flaws that we have seen on this tiny trike. First, no matter how my husband tries to adjust the handlebars, it is still not aligned with the trike's body. Second, the white colored paint on the trike's body easily came off.
Despite it's flaws, I still think it is a good toy for my toddler, though
Fun while it lasted May 15, 2010 Busy Buddy (New York) I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my grandaughter who is now one and a half years old. It was great in the house, however it did not fare well outdoors about six months later. There seems to be a problem with the steering column which broke while she was riding it on the side walk. I don't think this is the first time it has happened as I have read other posts with similar steering problems. I guess many people may have just thrown it out and the company is not aware of this problem. I am contacting customer service as they do have a one year warranty on this item.
Happy Aunt April 7, 2010 B. Fortin (Boston, MA) I bough this trike for my niece for her first birthday. It was a hit! She's on the tall side for her age and was on the cusp of walking so this helped her gain confidence as she held on to the handle bars and ran around. It only took her a few tries to figure out how to climb on and off and getting her leg over the side. She loves it and uses it on the hardwood floors of her house.
BEST BIKE EVER March 23, 2010 Caleb Cleveland (CA) our girl got this for her 1st Birthday. She couldn't walk but she could ride this & ring the bell. We had a hard time getting off the bike she loved it so much.
Beautiful trike, easy to ride for a variety of ages February 2, 2010 Benefideo (Eugene, OR United States) I bought this for our 17-month-old daughter for Christmas. She's just starting to ride it and get the hang of it. In another couple of months, it'll fit perfectly and she'll be tearing around the house. My 4-year-old son, who, at over three feet tall, is a tad on the long side for it, also enjoys it.
I was really looking for a non-plastic ride-on without pedals that would be easy to maneuver in the house and wouldn't be an eyesore. This is it; it's beautiful!
I put it together in 45 minutes on Christmas Eve with a screwdriver and the instructions. No problem.
My daughter loves the bell!
