Product Description The Schwinn Free Wheeler Double actually has a 12-inch swivel wheel up front and 16 inch wheels in the rear. The rear wheels are also on a suspension system to keep the bumps and rough terrain isolated from the kids in your stroller. A basket under the seat and a parent tray by the handlebars are standard. This product does an amazing job of folding down into a very compact space. Folded dimensions according to the company are 32'' wide x 34'' deep x 20 1/2'' height. Unfolded and in use the dimensions are 32''w x 54''d x 42''h. Canopy action is not the greatest here. But it may serve you just fine. It's one-piece only. You aren't going to get separate shading for Emilie and Tyler. The seats also are in a permanent half-reclined position. But they do hold up to one hundred pounds in total between them. Total weight of around 33 pounds to move this stroller in and out of the car isn't the lightest around but it's manageable. This double stroller does have a five year limited warranty.

Perfect for Twins! May 11, 2010 NickiDrea (Philadelphia, PA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My mom bought me this stroller when I found out that we were having twins. We also have a front-to-back stroller that fits their car seats, but I prefer this one. Although I don't jog, I live in a major city and I do a lot of walking, and this stroller makes it easy! It is VERY smooth and easy to steer. I can easily push it with one hand. My now-two-month old twins fall asleep whenever I walk with them in it. It is very wide, but I have never had a problem fitting it through a door. I get compliments on it wherever I go. It also folds smaller than our front-to-back stroller.
If you are buying this for infant twins, I would suggest getting head/body supports to put in the stroller. Our twins like many, were preemies and were small- my daughter was only 4 lbs, 4 oz at birth. They needed the additional support so that their heads didn't bounce around in the stroller. The supports are cheap and also seem very comfortable for the babies.
just what I was looking for April 13, 2010 Briana Dillaman (Pennsylvania) I have a 2 year old and a 6 month baby. I walk around a lot during the day and like to stop and shop or go to the post office, library, etc. Both of my children are tall, and they fit comfortably. The stroller is so easy to push. I put it together myself, with the two children in the house with me. IT was easy to put together. The wheels were hard to pump up, but that could be because there may be something wrong with our pump. I took it to the gas station and the worker helped me in no time. I read a review about it breaking when folded up. I have folded it a couple of times, not fully, but just in half. . . it has been fine. I haven't tried to fit it in the car yet, and never intended to take it shopping at the mall. But then again, who can go shopping at the mall with two small children and get anything done? The holder at the bottom is great and can hold groceries, books, diapers, coats, blankets and more. I love the sun visor and haven't used the rain guard yet, but I think it will work fine when needed. The only downside is finding room to store it in the house. It doesn't bother me, but my husband finds it annoying. All in all I LOVE this stroller and can't wait to go for walks!
We LOVE it! January 26, 2010 A. Vamos (Washington, NC) We have had the yellow version of this double jogging stroller for almost a month now and we LOVE it! We have two small children (8 months & 2 yrs) and they enjoy riding in it. We chose this stroller to buy because it was the best value of the double jogging strollers that had a swivel wheel in the front. It is MUCH easier to push and turn than the Graco Duo Glider that we previously had. We have used it on concrete, grass, and gravel. The little bag that attaches to the handlebar is very handy. I'm able to fit keys, cell phone, Ipod, and sippy cups in it. The only negetive comment that I have about the stroller is that when it is collapsed down, it only folds in half so it is pretty bulky. All in all, we will never regret this purchase! LOVE it!
Great stroller....only one problem January 15, 2010 Gordon Mitchell (Snohomish, WA USA) I got this stroller for Chirstmas...and I love it! I just had another baby so I needed a double jogging stroller. I tested it out and versus my old single jogging stroller (made by Jeep) here's what I came up with:
PROS:
* Rides/rolls smoother than my single jogger, even with two kids in it!
* Turns super easy
* Each seat is adjustable (perfect for babies and older kids)
* Adjustable handle for height
* Doesn't feel heavy when walking, running, or turning it
* Parking brake is very secure
* My kids really enjoy riding in it!
CONS:
* BIG PROBELM!!! NO HAND BRAKE--I think this is just crazy!
* Rain sheild does not cover fully, could let in wind and rain
* ...this is just being picky, (because my old stroller had it) but, does not have
speakers or place from i-pod to plug into.
Overall, I love the stoller and would recommend it, the only major problem is that there is no hand brake.
Good double stroller August 27, 2009 Skinny (Connecticut) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
We had the single jogger, same stroller and we absolutely love it. When my second daughter was born, we went out and purchased this one.
Pros -
~Solid stroller, rides like a dream compared to those plastic Gracco infant/toddler style strollers
~Compact for traveling, it folds down almost flat and you can take all three wheels right off with no tools to take along with you
~Parent "tray", they have a little bag on the handlebars that I find very useful for holding drinks, sunblock, etc.
~Adjustable height handle, great for my wife and I since we are different heights
~each side can recline at different positions, my 2 year old's sits up high and my 6 month old lies almost flat
Cons -
~The canopy provides good coverage and is movable, but compared to the single stroller canopy we have, it is a bit smaller. You might want to consider one of those kiddopotomus canopy extender things.
~No child snack tray (if that's important to you)
~Climbing in and out - not the best little platform for the kids getting in and out, but my 2 year old manages
~the straps are a bit of a pain to adjust
Overall, I would definitely buy this again and recommend to a friend. Let's face it, the BOB is the best in the market if money is no object but if money is even a thought, go for this one.
