12 inch stationary bike August 27, 2010 kid bike Should have read reviews, I read Schwinn and thought quality. If installed on a 12 inch bike you now have a 12 inch staionary bike because the back wheel is inches off the ground and just spins. They were white not purple as shown and plastic which I don't think will last very long.
Don't bother July 26, 2010 Review Maven The wheels are junk. One trip down the driveway and they were in for repairs. They are a hard plastic rather than any kind of rubber. They disintegrated within the first hour. After one hour I went to Target and purchased new ones for less than I paid for these. These were cute (although the color is just a sticker you have to put on yourself), but they were not worth the money or the shipping.
Schwin Training Wheels June 11, 2010 Ellen Siler I like this product it is working well on my daughters bike. I only wish they were alittle easier to put on we has some difficulty putting them on the bike!
Cheap, but not entirely ineffective June 3, 2010 W. Johnson (The Mile High City) If you need to mount these on a 20" bike, do not bother unless you like training wheels that are ineffective and do not go down to ground level.
For smaller bikes these are probably fine, but the assembly is a bit wonky and may not properly fit the bike.
Total Junk March 26, 2010 I. Parker (Ventura, CA USA) Total trash and unsafe. Did no even come close to fitting my daughter's 12 inch Malibu bike. The wheels sat a good 2 inches off the ground. The instructions are horrible and the materials are of the cheapest possible quality. The wheels are just rock-hard plastic, and the bolt heads strip like butter. Do yourself a favor and read all of the reviews before purchasing. I wish I had.
