Customer Reviews: Not what I was hoping for...June 5, 2010 Aaron C. Burt(Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.) I was thinking this bike was going to be better than it is. I wish I would have just bought a bike at a local Target or Walmart, so I could have returned it without the hassle. Right out of the box the bike had scrathces from the poor packaging. The gear shifters are almost impossible for my daughter to use because they are so hard to turn and the brakes are a joke. My daughter went thru the first pair of pads on the bike in a week because they were made of such soft rubber. The wheels came so out of round that I had to have a bike shop true them. For the most part I am a happy Amazon shopper, take my word for it and buy something different then this bike.

Nice bike. Good looks. The first one came with a sprocket problem. They immediately picked this one up and delivered a new one. No problems with this one so far.

My granddaughter loves her new bike. It is sturdy and good looking. I am so glad I purchased this bike for her.
